Guest lectures are organized twice a month as part of the acclimatization programme wherein, the senior members of the Bar and Bench or eminent personalities from other fields are invited to sensitize students about legal practice, its challenges or any other current updates. The students thus get an opportunity to interact with such leading luminaries. Alumni are also involved in providing their expertise and courtroom behavior to the student through guest lectures. They also discuss and arrange internship opportunities to the students.

A guest lecture on “Constitutional Law and Human Rights” was held on 19 August 2019.The guest lecture began with a welcome address by the Campus Director, Rev. Fr. Dr.Viju. He introduced and welcomed the Hon’ble Justice Rajesh Tandon, Former Judge, Uttrakhand High Court, Chairperson-Law Commission, Uttrakhand. Justice Rajesh Tandon discussed in details human rights issues and its relationship with Art 21 of the Indian Constitution. He invited students for a question and answer session that provided the students with an open platform to share their views on the topic. The session ended with a hearty thanks and the presentation of a memento to the Hon’ble justice Rajesh Tandon by Dr. Ramesh Kumar, Head of Department, School of Law in appreciation for taking the time out to educate the students on Constitutional Law and Human rights. Dr. Kumar thanked the Management for providing this platform to organize the guest lecture on Constitutional Law and Human Rights. Dr. Kumar appreciated the faculty members, student volunteers and participants for successfully conducting the guest lecture.
