McCarthians (Marketing Club)

The Marketing Club at Reckons Aisle has been monumental at better cultivating the various skills associated with marketing appealing to all its student members at the School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy; hence developing their interests and fascination towards Marketing as a domain and means for a lucrative and viable career focus.
McCarthians has always looked to nurture the talents of each of its members thus bringing out their very best, helping them to shine at the zenith of each of their capabilities!
According to the statistics, people's expectations of media and marketing do certainly shift as a result of the technology they are exposed to as youth and it has always fascinated me which does make me certainly more inclined towards marketing than other disciplines. As we know how the world is changing at such a rapid pace, we need to develop a creative and analytical mindset towards marketing and explore the opportunities.

Activities

  • Over the previous year of 2021-22, we at McCarthians have been responsible for conducting various fun and engaging weekly events adhering to our main objective of motivating our members, to help them realize the abundance of opportunities ‘Marketing’ brings along with it.

  • These activities were conducted both offline as well as online, as we delved into a plethora of themes like the “ever so exciting world of Bollywood” to a complete power-house zone of “The Marketing Mania!” Throughout the year, we looked to enhance our marketers’ understanding towards content creation, make one think out of the box and hence get them out of their comfort zones, etc. We were very glad to see such an amazing response for each of our activities as we also made a point to release forms looking forward to valued suggestions from our members, in order to work upon the same.

Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning. Being a part of Reckons Aisle gives me a sense of progress and motivates me to work in the field of marketing, along with exploring new horizons with the associates and members of our club.
