Department of Languages, School of Humanities and Social Sciences is organizing an online program In Remembrance on the occasion of 141st Premchand Jayanti. In remembering the hindi stories legend Munshi Premchand, we have planned  a  discussion on his famous story 'Mantra'.

Premchand's literary journey has passed through many stages, the story 'Mantra' can be considered as one of his important stories. He has depicted the understanding of human values and irony with great depth in his works. What makes Premchand relevant even today is his farsightedness.
