2nd NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2022
The Moot Court Society at School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR was established in 2019. It is constituted to take the responsibility of administering and regulating the mooting activities at the School of Law. The Moot Court Society endeavours to provide a nurturing environment to students interested in the art of mooting and advocacy in the long run. The aim of a national moot court competitions is to inspire educational excellence and legal intellect of the law students and to give students an opportunity to interact with budding lawyers from all across the nation.
At the MCS, we promote experiential learning & strongly believe that the students learn and improve their advocacy skills by participating in the Moot Court Competitions. These are the key reasons that the School of Law is dedicated towards organising these kinds of events.CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Delhi-NCR hosted its first National Moot Court Competition virtually from 4th to 6th March, 2021. In our very first edition, we are proud to share that we saw a handsome participation by seventeen teams, all of which were students belonging to premier institutions from all over India. This year, taking the tradition forward, we will be hosting the 2nd National Moot Court Competition, 2022 from 4th to 6th March, 2022, and hoping for an even higher participation rate.
MCS wholeheartedly welcomes law students from all around the country for the upcoming 2nd National Moot Court Competition, 2022 organised by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi-NCR.

Who can participate?
Any team of students who are pursuing B.A.LL.B/ BBA. LL.B/ LL.B./LL.M. or any equivalent law degree course in any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India shall be eligible to participate in the competition.
Please note that one University/College will be permitted to send only one team to represent them.

Date of Memorial Submission: 27th February 2022
