CLASS is the peer-training wing of CAPS that reaches out to individual audiences of the university. It aims to address and focus on topics that are generally beyond the syllabus. Here, peer trainers reach out and deliver interactive sessions as per the requirements of the student population, which has been understood through extensive need-analysis.
COWL is first Indian professional Online Writing Lab (OWL), providing students with opportunities for self-learning at their own pace. It aims to make the process of learning easier and more interactive by providing a web platform to access web modules related to academic and professional development.
CEWS offers training through one-on-one peer assistance for the listed modules. In periodic intervals, it offers ‘large group trainings’ facilitated by experts to complement their learning cycle.
In these sessions, trained instructors work with the students to improve their capacity to plan, write, and revise their academic assignments.
CAW aims at undertaking psychometric testing for those who want to get a better understanding about themselves such as their strengths, weaknesses and career goals. Its volunteers research different areas in order to come up with relevant and suitable domains for the tests and then construct the psychometric assessments accordingly.
CHAL is in charge of organising outbound training, workshops and learning sessions for the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University). The CHAL sessions are conducted by experts from various disciplines. The sessions are based on the needs of the student population and help create a platform for the exchange of ideas and skills across different streams.
