Our Objectives

  • To create awareness of the assessment process and practices of the University to the students and the faculty through orientation programmes.
  • To process and manage examinations as per the regulations of the University and the academic calendar in line with the statutory and regulatory bodies.
  • liaison with various Deaneries and implement department-specific assessments that guarantee security and confidentiality as per the university guidelines.
  • To ensure the process of awarding Degrees for various programmes adhering to agreed timelines and the University regulations.
  • To continually improve assessment practices through stakeholder engagement by innovative initiatives to enhance the quality of teaching and learning process  in the University.

  • HALL TICKET PUBLISHED FOR FINAL REPEATERS EVEN SUPPLEMENTARY END SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS (FINAL YEAR GRADUATING STUDENTS) - JUNE 2026.

    Dear Students,

    Greetings from the Office of Examinations.

    The Final Repeaters Even Semester Supplementary End Semester Examinations (Final-Year Graduating Students) – June 2026 will commence on 15 June 2026. Hall tickets have been published and are now available on the Student KP Portal. Students are required to download their hall tickets on or before 14 June 2026.

    Students must carry:

    - A printed copy of the hall ticket, and

    - Their original University ID card

    to the examination hall. Entry will not be permitted without these documents.

    Students are advised to report to the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled examination time. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.

    Venue: Block A, Ground Floor, A019 & A020

    Note: If your registration number is not reflected in the hall ticket list, kindly report to the Office of Examinations at least 30 minutes before the examination reporting time.

  • IMMEDIATE EVEN SUPPLEMENTARY END SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS ( 2024 BATCH & 2025 BATCH) - JUNE 2026.

    Greetings from the Office of Examinations!

    This is to inform you that the Immediate Even Supplementary End Semester Examinations June 2026 for the following categories will be conducted as per the schedule given below:

    1. Eligible Students

    2025 Batch (UG and PG Programs)

    - 2nd Semester UG Students

    - 2nd Semester PG Students

    2024 Batch

    - 4th Semester UG Students

    2. Important Dates

    - Application Window: 03 June 2026 to 10 June 2026

    - Tentative Examination Period: From 22 June 2026 onwards

    3. Important Instructions

    - Any technical issues must be reported to the Office of Examinations within two working days from the date of this notification.

    - Do not apply for supplementary examinations if your course is a submission paper and if you have failed due to CIA. Applications for submission papers CIA will be available in the next semester under CIA Repeat Applications.

    - For Practical End Semester Examinations (ESE) and Submission courses  End Semester Examinations, students are required to collect and submit the offline application form directly at the Office of Examinations.

    - Students who miss applying during this period will receive another opportunity only in the next academic year, i.e., May 2027.

    Greetings from the Office of Examinations!

    This is to inform you that the Final Repeaters Even Supplementary End Semester Examinations for the Final Year Graduating Students will be conducted as per the schedule detailed below:

    1. Final Year Graduating Student (UG and PG Programs)

    Applicable to:

    - Only 6th Semester course UG students of the 2023 Batch

    - Only 4th Semester  course PG students of the 2024 Batch

    - Only 8th Semester  course UG Psy Students of the 2022 Batch

    - Only 10th Semester  course UG Law students of the 2021 Batch

    - Only 2nd Semester  course PG Law students of the 2025 Batch

    Application Window: 29 May 2026 to 03 June 2026

    Students who have applied for revaluation may also apply for the supplementary examinations. In case of any change in marks after revaluation, the examination fee paid will be refunded accordingly.

    Examination Start Date: 15 June 2026

    2. Important Notes

    - Any technical issues must be reported to the Office of Examinations within two working days from the date of this notification.

    - Do not apply for supplementary examinations if your course is a submission paper. Applications for submission papers will be available in the next semester under CIA Repeat Applications.

    - For Practical End Semester Examinations (ESE) only, students are required to collect and submit the offline application form directly at the Office of Examinations.

    - For further assistance or clarification, students may contact the Office of Examinations.

    - Students are requested to take a note that you will not be a part of the convocation ceremony 2026, You can apply for Provisional Degree Certificate once you clear all backlogs.

    We are pleased to inform you that the results of the Even End Semester Examination for Semesters 246, 8 and 10 of the Academic Year 2025–26 have been published and are now available on the Student Knowledge Pro (KP) Portal.

    Steps to View Your Results:

    - Log in to your Knowledge Pro Portal

    - Navigate to the Downloads section

    - Click on “My Marks Card”

    Important Information:

    Revaluation Requests:
    Students who wish to apply for revaluation must submit their request through the KP Portal within 03 working days from the date of result publication, on or before 30 May 2026.

    Blocked Results:
    Students whose results are blocked are advised to resolve any pending requirements at the earliest to enable access to their results.

    Discrepancies:

    In case of any discrepancies in the results, students are requested to report the same only via email to exams.ncr@christuniversity.in. Responses to such queries will be provided within 05 working days.

    We encourage all students to review their results promptly to ensure timely resolution of any concerns.

    We are pleased to inform you that the Convocation Ceremony 2026 will be held on Saturday, 11th July 2026, at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR Campus.

    To ensure smooth planning and coordination, all graduating students are requested to confirm their presence by registering through the Student KP portal (Yes/No) at the earliest on or before 30 May 2026.

    Lunch arrangements will be made for all graduating students. Students may also purchase up to five lunch coupons for their guests at a nominal cost. These coupons can be collected from the Office of Examinations upon submission of the payment receipt along with the University ID card.

    Students may collect their passes, robes, and sashes from their respective classes on the day of the convocation.

  • FINAL OPPORTUNITY FOR CIA REPEAT APPLICATION FOR THEORY, THEORY & PRACTICAL, PRACTICAL COURSES (MARCH 2026)

    Greetings from the Office of Examinations!

    This is to inform you that the CIA REPEAT application form for Theory,  Theory & PracticalPractical subjects for the current academic year 2025 -2026 (For Odd and Even Semester) is extended and now available in your Student KP.

    Students who have failed a semester due to low CIA scores are eligible to apply.

    * Application Window: 25 February 2026 to  06 March 2026

    * Payment Mode: Offline only (Debit Card or UPI) at the Examination Office

    Important Instructions:

    * Submit the filled CIA REPEAT application form along with your failed semester marks card to the Examination.

    * Applications submitted after 06 March 2026 will not be accepted.

    CIA REPEAT Guidelines:

    * Theory / Theory & Practical Course:

    - 30 hours of tutorials/library work (per subject)

    - Either 2 hours/day for 15 days or 1 hour/day for 30 days

    * Practical Course:

    - 10 hours of tutorials/library work

    - To be completed within 7 to 15 days

    For detailed information, please refer to the attached Application Form.

    Note: No extensions or exceptions will be allowed beyond the mentioned deadlines. Kindly adhere strictly to the timelines.

  • MDC REPEAT APPLICATION (MULTIDISCIPLINARY COURSE) (MARCH 2026)

    Dear Students,

    Greetings from the Office of Examinations!

    This is to inform you that the MDC REPEAT application form is now available in your Student KP portal for students who have failed the Multidisciplinary Course (MDC) component of their program.

    Students who have failed a semester due to low CIA scores are eligible to apply.

    - Application Window: 09 January 2026 to 24 January 2026

    - Payment Mode: Offline only (Debit Card or UPI) at the Examination Office

    Important Instructions:

    - Submit the filled MDC CIA REPEAT application form along with your failed semester marks card to the Examination Office.

    - Applications submitted after 24 January 2026   will not be accepted.

    MDC REPEAT Guidelines:

    - 10 hours of tutorial classes

    - 20 hours of library work

    - Written examination of CIA 3

    All components must be completed within 30 days from the date of approval of the application.

    For detailed information, please refer to the attached Notification and Application Form.

    Note:
    No extensions or exceptions will be allowed beyond the mentioned deadlines. Kindly adhere strictly to the timelines.
