The Repeat Mid Trimester Examination will commence from 15 April 2026.
Eligibility:
Students who were unable to attend the Mid Trimester Examination due to valid reasons or attendance shortage may apply.
Important Information:
- A 15% reduction in marks weightage will apply for each repeat course.
- A processing fee is applicable.
Application Procedure:
1. Complete the application form in Student KP.
2. Print the form and obtain approvals from the Counselor, Class Teacher and the Academic Coordinator/Head of School.
3. Submit the approved form and supporting documents (including medical certificate, if applicable) to the Office of Examinations by 11 April 2026 before 10:00 AM.
Deadlines:
- Application Submission: 09–11 April 2026 (before 10:00 AM)
- Fee Payment (via Student KP): 11 April 2026
The timetable for the examination is attached for reference.

- Please print your Coursework marks card on A4-size paper (Portrait format)
Important Notes:
- PhD Scholars whose results are withheld must follow the instructions given in their student login.
- Any discrepancy or clarification in the marks card must be reported to the Office of the Coordinator of Examinations via email at exams.ncr@christuniversity.in on or before 25 March 2026.
- Last date to apply for Revaluation: 25 March 2026
- Revaluation applications must be submitted through the KP portal only

Students who have failed a semester due to low CIA scores are eligible to apply.

Important Instructions:
* Submit the filled CIA REPEAT application form along with your failed semester marks card to the Examination.
* Applications submitted after 06 March 2026 will not be accepted.
CIA REPEAT Guidelines:
* Theory / Theory & Practical Course:
- 30 hours of tutorials/library work (per subject)
- Either 2 hours/day for 15 days or 1 hour/day for 30 days
* Practical Course:
- 10 hours of tutorials/library work
- To be completed within 7 to 15 days

As per the attendance policy, a minimum of 75% attendance in each individual course (including submission/multidisciplinary courses with department-level assessments) is mandatory to be eligible to appear for CIA 2. This requirement is applicable to all courses taught across all years.
Important dates and eligibility details differ for UG/PG programmes and LLB/LLM programmes. Students are therefore advised to carefully refer to the detailed notification attached with this email and available on the University website for complete information.
Students who do not meet the attendance requirement may apply for a Repeat CIA 2 by paying the prescribed fee, as per University norms.

- Submit the filled MDC CIA REPEAT application form along with your failed semester marks card to the Examination Office.
- Applications submitted after 24 January 2026 will not be accepted.
MDC REPEAT Guidelines:
- 10 hours of tutorial classes
- 20 hours of library work
- Written examination of CIA 3
All components must be completed within 30 days from the date of approval of the application.
