This is to inform you about the upcoming Supplementary End Trimester Examinations for Trimester 1 for the Academic Year 2025–26.
Key Information:
1. Tentative Examination Start Date: 27 October 2025 - 29 October 2025 .
2. Offline Application Window: 15 October 2025 – 16 October 2025.
3. Applications: Must be submitted offline at the Office of Examinations (payment via UPI or Debit Card only)
4. Final Deadline: No applications will be accepted after 16 October 2025.

We are pleased to inform you that the results of the Supplementary End Trimester Examination for Trimester III of the Academic Year 2025–26 have been published and are now available on your Student Knowledge Pro (KP) Portal.
To view your results:
1. Log in to your Knowledge Pro Portal
2. Go to the Downloads section
3. Click on "My Marks Card"
Important Information:
* Revaluation Requests: If you wish to apply for revaluation, please submit your request through KP within 03 working days from the date of result publication, no later than 14 October, 2025.
* Blocked Results: Students whose results are blocked are requested to resolve any pending requirements at the earliest to enable result access.
If you notice any discrepancies in your results, kindly report them only via email to: exams.ncr@
We encourage you to review your results at the earliest to ensure timely resolution of any issues.

3. Online Application Process: Available through your Student KP
4. Offline Application Window: 06 October 2025 – 07 October 2025
5. Offline Applications: An additional processing fee of Rs. 100 per day per application form will be charged
6. Late Applications: Must be submitted offline at the Office of Examinations (payment via UPI or Debit Card only)
7. Final Deadline: No applications will be accepted after 07 October 2025
Important Note for Submission Papers:
- Do not apply for the CIA REPEAT under the supplementary application.
- Applications for submission papers will be available in the following semester under the CIA Repeat Application.
- Any technical issues must be reported to the Office of Examinations within 3 working days of this notification.
The Odd Supplementary End Semester Examination Time Table will be published next week and will be available in your Student KP and on the university website.
