Dr. Sneha Saha is an accomplished Assistant Professor in Psychology. She has over a decade of experience in teaching and research. Her doctoral work focused on the effectiveness of positive youth development interventions. A gold medalist in her Master?s degree and research methodology, Dr. Saha has contributed significantly to psychology. Her "Cinderella Complex Scale" is nationally recognized and widely used by researchers. Dr. Saha has authored a book, multiple book chapters, and several SCOPUS-indexed publications. She is also an active research consultant, involved in ongoing projects and collaborations. She is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, with research interests in adolescent behavior, positive psychology, organizational psychology, and social psychology. At Christ University, she established an environmental psychology lab to raise awareness and conduct empirical research.
