The School of Business and Management offers MBA in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance and Human Resource Management. The curriculum is so designed that it provides students with the best of opportunities and a launch pad for successful careers. Every student is treated as a budding manager and he is required to go through a wide spectrum of experiences which include Organization Structure Study, Outbound Training, Book Review Competition, Summer Internship, Weekly Presentation on Current Affairs, and Dissertation. It strives to promote all-round development of students by inculcating a spirit of inquiry, discipline and adventure through various academic and co-curricular activities. We not only train the students to become good professionals but also global citizens.

The two-year MBA programme is divided into six trimesters, with a summer internship training of 6 to 8 weeks after the third trimester. The students can choose specialization areas, to stand a higher chance of employability in the current scenario, where businesses thrive on a high end competition, demanding skillful workers to take up the challenge. This stems from a need for business leaders who are well-trained and proficient in multiple knowledge domains and skill sets to solve complex business problems at a broader level. Our MBA program aims to:

  • equip the students with a broad professional base
  • make the students more versatile and knowledgeable
  • provide better employment opportunities to the students 
  • enable the students to diversify across careers and provide a cushion during a likely career shift

 The department provides 100% placement assistance and being in the vicinity of the corporate hub of the national capital, offers the best of placement opportunities to the students. 

Selection process results will be available on https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/ according to the Important Dates section. Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission that will be valid up to the date mentioned in the Offer of admission.  

All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.

Selected candidates must download the offer of admission on the ‘Application Status’ link on the University website.

To process admission

  • Candidates must choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate a smooth admission process.
  • Admission must be processed at the campus where the programme is offered as published in the offer of admission.
  • As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode.
  • Payment options and details will be available in the Offer of admission.
  • Fees for the first year including Admission Registration fee must be paid in full as part of the admission process.

All original marks cards and one set of photocopies must be submitted for verification at the time of admission as mentioned below

  • Class 10 Marks Statement and Class 11/12 Marks Statement (Mandatory).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) of Class 12 from the last qualified institution must be submitted by 15 July 2025 (Mandatory).
  • Migration Certificate of Class 12 (applicable for all candidates except Karnataka state board applicants) must be submitted by 15 July 2025 (Mandatory).
  • One Stamp size and one passport size photograph formal dress with a white background (Mandatory).
  • Two Copies of the Online Payment Receipt (Mandatory).
  • Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card / Aadhar Enrolment Receipt / PAN Card / Voter ID Card).
  • Candidates falling under any of these categories (NRI / PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit:
  1. Copy of Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory).
  2. PIO / OCI have to produce a copy of the PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory).
  3. Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India and
  4. Resident Permit (RP) (If available while applying)

All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification during the admission process.

An undertaking for pending original documents unavailable currently [applicable only for candidates writing/passing their exam in March – June - 2025], must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. These documents must be submitted on or before 15 July 2025.

  • Failure to submit the pending documents will be treated as unsuccessful in the qualifying examination or considered “Not Eligible”, and admission will be terminated from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) without any claim.
  • All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process and must carry relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card).
  • The University ID card is a smart card, which is both an ID cum ATM card with a chip containing the student personal details. All transactions within the University campus after the commencement of classes, including fee payment, will be processed only through this card. It is also an access card for Library and other restricted places.
  • Selected candidates who fall under International student category (ISC) should register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO / FRO) of the Local Police in Ghaziabad, India within 14 working days from the date of admission or arriving in Ghaziabad.

The date of commencement of the academic Year 2025 will be intimated during the admission process.

Please Note:

  • The University does not collect any capitation/donation other than the fees mentioned on the website.
  • All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost if required by the department.
  • Admitted students who wish to avail bank loan will be provided with a recommendation letter on request by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
  • The decision of the admission committee is final and binding.

To apply online 

Create an application login at http://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/ using NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID, and a password. The email id and mobile number provided will be used for sending confirmation and application status-update messages. An applicant can apply for as many programmes using the same ID as long as the prescribed eligibility criteria for the specific programme are fulfilled.

Applicants must have the following documents before filling the application online:

  • Class 10, 12, Undergraduate Degree Marks Card (Semester/Year/Consolidated); If results are awaited, then marks cards upto the last semester/year and

  • Valid qualifying test score of either Aug MAT 2024 | Dec MAT 2024 | Nov/Dec CAT 2024 | Feb MAT 2025 | CMAT 2025 | XAT 2025 | ATMA 2025 | GMAT 2024 / 2025 | GRE 2024 / 2025).

  • A recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms in formal dress with white background should be scanned and uploaded (not more than 100 kb) along with other documents.

Applicants must enter all the details in the application form.

  • The application cannot be submitted without filling in all the mandatory fields.

  • The 9 (Nine Digits) application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee.

  • A copy of the application can be printed anytime from the login till the selection process is completed.

  • In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.

Note: 

  • Before filling the application online kindly check the eligibility criteria.
  • The Important Dates section must be referred to before filing the application.
  • Applicants applying while in their final year of the undergraduate degree must carry the marks card up to the previous semester/year.
  • Original marks cards/provisional/degree certificate and ID proof will be verified during the selection process.

Candidates falling under any of the below mentioned categories must apply under the International Student Category:

  1. Foreign citizens,   
  2. PIO card holders and   
  3. OCI (Dual Citizens)

International students coming from Non-English speaking countries should:

  • produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or   
  • have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores

Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for

  • Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year or   
  • One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.

Note: The International Student category fee structure is binding for the full duration of the programme and cannot be transferred /changed in between.

Candidates from the above listed categories having pursued Indian Educational qualification and who may have applied under the Indian States Category will have to pay the International Student Category Fee. The decision of the Admission committee is final.

Candidates seeking admission through International Student category (Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI) will have a separate application process, with the following options to apply for any programme at Christ University.

  • The University does not collect any type of Capitation / Donation other than the fee mentioned in the website.
  • If the application is incomplete or incorrect, the University Management has the right to reject it.
  • Kindly do not send any original marks cards through post or courier.
  • The online application form will be processed by the Office of Admissions only on receipt of the online payment acknowledgment slip copy and all supporting documents.
  • The institution is not responsible for any application reaching after the stipulated date / time and such applications will not be processed.
  • Ignorance of the Terms, Conditions and Guidelines will not be considered as an excuse for non-fulfilment of any stipulated process.
  • It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for 2 years, there will be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs.
  • Fees should be paid within the stipulated date for the first year and before the commencement of final examinations of 2nd semester for the second year.
  • All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost.
  • Admitted student who wish to avail Bank Loan will be provided a recommendation letter on request by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
  • The decision of the Admission Committee is final and binding.

Students are welcome to apply under the Non-Resident Indian category for the programmes offered by the University.

Students who fall under any of the following classifications can apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the programme.

1. NRI defined under the Indian Income Tax Law

2. Either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on Work Permit / Resident Permit

3. Indian citizen financed by any Institution / agency outside India, even if parents are residents of India

4. Indian citizen who has pursued studies for qualifying examination in any foreign / Indian syllabus outside India.

5. NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the programme for candidates who;
   5.1. Have pursued and completed their last qualifying exam from outside India.
   5.2. Are NRI and candidates who have applied under NRI category

 

Admission to all programmes is based on academic achievement and CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Selection Process. Candidates should submit the final results of class 12 on or before July 15th of the admission year.

Applicants must read through the Selection process, Fee Structure and other details under the preferred programme given on our website before proceeding with the application process.

The selection process (GD_MP_WSA_VA_PI) will be held in person at the venue selected while submitting the application form online.

General instructions for applicants reporting for selection process:
 
1. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link “https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/" on the University website and print the same. All candidates must read through the contents published in the admit card and must carry the all the required documents mentioned in the admit card along with a printed copy of the admit card.
 
2. The Centre allotment is based on the candidate’s preference opted to appear for the Selection Process in the application form and further change will not be entertained. However, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) reserves the right to cancel, combine or change the Venue/Centres, depending on the number of candidates in specific Venue/Centres.

3. The preferred date for selection process will be allotted, subject to availability of slots. Request for change in selection process dates, time OR venue will not be entertained.

4. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the Selection Process without the E-Admit Card, Copy of Application Form, Application processing fee acknowledgment slip and mark statements of (Class 10, Class 12, Undergraduate Degree Marks Card (Semester/Year/Consolidated) If results are awaited, then marks card till the last semester/year and a valid scorecard of Aug MAT 2024 |

5. ID proof will be verified during the selection process. The following may be used as ID proof: Aadhar card/Passport/Voter ID/Recent College ID card.

6. Candidates must report for the above selection process on the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated on the selection process admit card.

7. Travel arrangements for out station candidates must be made in advance as per the selection process dates published on our website.

8. Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be permitted to take part in the selection process. The candidates are requested to start early to avoid traffic congestions.

9. Request for change in Selection Process dates / timings and change in Centre will not be entertained. Candidates failing to appear for the selection process at the stipulated date and time will be considered as “Not Selected”.

10. Cellular phone, other electronic gadgets etc., are not allowed into the Selection Process Venue.

11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Selection Process of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) at any Centre.

12. All candidates are requested to prepare for a Micro Presentation (Extempore) as part of the Selection Process. Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link on “Topics for Presentation 2025" during the GD_MP.

13. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link "Application Status" from our website and print the same.

14. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.

15. Important: Minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.
