Greetings from the Office of Examinations!

This is to inform you about the upcoming Even Supplementary End Semester Examinations for Semesters 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 for the Academic Year 2025-26.

Key Information:

1. Tentative Examination Date: 12 January 2026 – 03 February 2026

2. Application Window (Online): 23 September 2025 – 30 September 2025 (via Student KP)

3. Online Application Process: Available through your Student KP

4. Offline Application Window: 03 October 2025 – 04 October 2025

6. Offline Applications: An additional processing fee of Rs. 100 per day per application form will be charged

6. Late Applications: Must be submitted offline at the Office of Examinations (payment via UPI or Debit Card only)

7. Final Deadline: No applications will be accepted after 04 October 2025

Important Note for Submission Papers:

- Do not apply for CIA REPEAT under the supplementary application.

- Applications for submission papers will be available in the following semester under the CIA Repeat Application.

- Any technical issues must be reported to the Office of Examinations within 3 working days of this notification.

The Even Supplementary End Semester Examination Time Table will be published next week and can be downloaded from your Student KP and the university website.
