Purwai Pravah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR Campus. She is also a counselling psychologist and a PhD scholar specializing in adolescent well-being, positive psychology, and intervention studies. She holds a Master?s degree in Applied Counseling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Delhi University. Purwai has extensive experience working in clinical settings, NGOs, schools, and public mental health sectors. Her expertise includes counselling interventions, case formulation, and social skills training. She is certified in Online Counselling and Suicide Intervention. Purwai?s research interests focus on child and adolescent counselling, social-emotional learning, and special populations. She has presented her research at national and international conferences such as the UNequal World Conference and the Asian Conference on Psychology & Behavioral Sciences in Japan. She was recognized by Dr. Kiran Bedi with a certificate of appreciation for her contributions to the social-emotional development of children with incarcerated parents.
