Dear Students,

Greetings from the Office of Examinations.

The Repeat Mid Semester Examination will commence from  06 April 2026 - 11 April 2026 .

Eligibility:
Students who were unable to attend the Mid Semester Examination including submission  courses with department-level assessments due to valid reasons or attendance shortage may apply.

Important Information:

- A 15% reduction in marks weightage will apply for each repeat course.

- A processing fee is applicable.

Application Procedure:

1. Complete the application form in Student KP.

2. Print the form and obtain approvals from the Class Teacher, Counsellor, Academic Coordinator and Head of School.

3. Submit the approved form and supporting documents (including medical certificate, if applicable) to the Office of Examinations by 27 March 2026 before 11:00 AM.

Deadlines:

- Application Submission: 27 March 2026 (before 11:00 AM)

- Fee Payment (via Student KP):  30 March 2026

Note: Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Venue details will be displayed and shared daily in class WhatsApp groups.
