Dr. Shikha Arora is a faculty member specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour at Christ University, Delhi NCR. She holds a Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University and is certified in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak. A gold medallist from IIT Kharagpur, she has excelled in courses on Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and Gender Justice. Dr. Arora completed her PGDM from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and graduated from Delhi University. Her work spans national and international publications, focusing on HR Analytics, AI in higher education, and career advancement for women. In addition, Dr. Arora has led workshops on Team Building, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence for faculty and executives in the Delhi NCR region.
