MBA program is spread over two years. The academic year begins in July and ends in April of the following year. Each year is divided in three equal terms. In first two terms students are orient with fundamental knowledge of different domains such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Business Analytics, Quantitative Research, Operations, Economics, and Strategy. This help student in understanding business environment and contextual understanding. Besides they are also train on various managerial aspects such as leadership, communication, analytical skills etc. From third term onward students start getting trained in specialization of their choice. School of Business and Management at NCR offers electives in four domains namely Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing and Human Resources. Mentors are responsible to identify the student's wants and needs, and to address them in a timely manner. Faculty mentors are assigned with a faculty-student ratio of 1:20. Mentors help the students to focus on and understand more clearly the issues that concern them. Mentoring sessions are conducted to give exposure to our students to various activities like extempore, debate, role playing, book review, industry analysis and even detailed deliberations on ongoing issues. 1 - CLUBS AND ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES
Clubs are a great way for students to participate in activities they enjoy, learn new skills, and meet new people. The Institute of management provides a platform to build and develop the essential skill sets for the students in a dynamic environment. 2 - CHRONOS
A flagship annual inter-college management fest is an agglomeration of many amusing events under different heads viz. informal events, formal events and sports events. The fest is entirely leaded and managed by students. The event provides a platform to the students to practice their managerial skills learned in the class room. Every year Institute host around one thousand participants across colleges/universities/institutes.
3 - PRAKALP
Is an Annual National Level Summer Internship Project (SIP) Contest. The event aimed to endow a platform to the budding management professionals to share learnings and experience during their summer internship and giving a nationwide exposure to their high quality summer project reports.
4 - MARKETING WITS
An intra-class annual event designed and organized by the marketing club, BEMARKING to bring out leadership, creativity and entrepreneurial skills.
5 - INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
Every year University host annual international conference on different contemporary themes. Management students are required to present a paper/case/poster presentation in the conference. 6 - BLOSSOMS
BLOSSOMS is an Intra and Inter Department competition to help the students channelize their talent in the best possible way. The students are divided into 3 clusters: Orchid, Lupine and Lavender.
All the Events as a whole can be represented within a framework that has four main aspects: ART, LITERATURE, STAGE and THEATRE. The event takes place at two levels, Intra cluster and Inter cluster. First student competes against each other within the cluster and then the winners of each cluster compete with other clusters. The motive is participation and involvement of every student in minimum of two events. The participation in different activities help them in building self-confidence, cultivate specific skills, utmost utilization of their brain, generating ideas, making friends, expressing themselves and so on.
7 - ANNUAL ATHLETIC MEET
Sports is an integral part of education and CHRIST strongly believe in promoting active participation of students in sports and physical activities. It gives students’ a chance to enhance their physical and the social skill. Annual Athletic Meet comprising of different sports activities such as Race (100/200/400/800 Meter), Long jump, High jump, shot put, Discus throw, Javelin throw, Relay race is organised by university every year. The objective of this event is to help students in their overall development and instilling in them morals such as team work, discipline, respecting others, etc. All the students actively take part in activities of their interest. Guidelines to applicants:
a) To fill the application you must have a copy of statement of marks of Class 10, Class 12, Degree Marks Cards (whichever is available) (Mandatory) and Provisional degree certificate / Convocation certificate, if candidate has completed / graduated from the qualifying programme(Mandatory).
b) Fill-in all the details in the “detailed application” page. Scan and upload recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background) and click “Submit”. On clicking Submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on screen. In case you need to make any corrections; you may edit the data/details and then click “Confirm Submission”.
c) Application registration fee may be paid through Credit / Debit Card / Net banking facility (for online applicants only).
d) Choose the payment option and fill-in the required details to process the “Application processing fee”. The application will be submitted online after payment of application processing fee.
e) After the payment is successful you will receive the application number with the option to print your application form.
f) Print and sign the application form. Keep a copy of the application form for further reference and to produce at the time of selection process.

General instructions for applicants reporting for selection process:
1. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link “https://appstat.christuniversity.in" from the University website and print the same. All candidates must read through the contents published in the admit card and must carry the required documents along with a printed copy of the admit card.
2. The Centre allotment is based on the candidate’s preference on the application form and further change will not be entertained. However, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) reserves the right to cancel, combine or change the test Centre, depending on the number of candidates in specific Centres.
3. The preferred date for selection process will be allotted, subject to availability of slots. Request for change in selection process dates, time OR venue will not be entertained.
4. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the Selection Process without the E-Admit Card, Copy of Application Form, Application processing fee acknowledgment slip and mark statements of class 10, class 12, Degree and valid Entrance Test Score Card (Sep MAT 2019 / Dec MAT 2019 / Feb MAT 2020 OR GMAT 2019 / 2020 OR CAT 2019 OR CMAT 2020 OR ATMA 2020 OR XAT 2020 OR GRE 2019 / 2020).
5. ID proof will be verified during the selection process. The following may be used as ID proof: Aadhar card/Passport/Voter ID/Recent College ID card.
6. Candidates must report for the above selection process on the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated on the selection process admit card.
7. Travel arrangements for out station candidates must be made in advance as per the selection process dates published on our website.
8. Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be permitted to take part in the selection process. The candidates are requested to start early to avoid traffic congestions.
9. Request for change in Selection Process dates / timings and change in Centre will not be entertained. Candidates failing to appear for the selection process at the stipulated date and time will be considered as “Not Selected”.
10. Cellular phone, Satellite phone, pager. etc., are not allowed into the Selection Process Venue.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Selection Process of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) at any Centre.
12. All candidates are requested to prepare for a Micro Presentation (Extempore) as part of the Selection Process. Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link on “Topics for Presentation 2020" during the GD_MP.
13. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link "Application Status" from our website and print the same.
14. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.
15. Important: Minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.
Candidates will be intimated about the Selection status (Selected / Wait Listed / Not Selected) through the “Application Status” link on the University website. The Selection results will be declared as mentioned in the important dates link.
Note: Candidates must note that if selected, admission is provisional and subject to University rules.

Candidates are required to choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate smooth admission process.
As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode. Payment options and details will be provided to selected candidates through ‘Offer of Admission’ on ‘Application status’ on the University website. Fees for first year including Admission Registration fee must be paid in full as part of the admission process.
Admission will not be processed without the presence of the candidate and the mandatory ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and one set of photocopies mentioned below;
1. Class 10 Marks Statement (Mandatory).
2. Class 12 Marks Statement, if candidate has appeared and passed the examination (Mandatory).
3. Transfer Certificate (TC) of Class 12 from the last qualified institution (Mandatory).
4. Migration Certificate of Class 12 (applicable for all candidates except Uttar Pradesh state board applicants) (Mandatory).
5. One Stamp size and One passport size photograph formal dress with white background (Mandatory).
6. Two Copies of the Online Payment Receipt (Mandatory).
7. Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card / Aadhar Enrolment Receipt).
8. Candidates falling under any of these categories (NRI / PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit:
a] Copy of Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory).
b] PIO / OCI have to produce the copy of PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory).
c] Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India and
d] Resident Permit (RP) (If available while applying)
All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification during the admission process. An undertaking for pending original documents unavailable currently [applicable only for candidates writing / passing their exam in March – June 2020], must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. These documents must be submitted on or before July, 2020. Failure to submit the pending documents will be treated as unsuccessful in the qualifying examination or considered “Not Eligible” and admission will be terminated from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) without any claim.
All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process and must carry relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card). The University ID card is a smart card, which is both an ID cum ATM card with a chip containing the student personal details. All transactions within the University campus after commencement of classes, including fee payment will be processed only through this card. It is also an access card for Library and other restricted places.
Selected candidates who fall under International student category (ISC) should register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO / FRO) of the Local Police, India within 14 working days from the date of admission or arriving at Campus.
The date of commencement of the academic Year 2020 - 2021 will be intimated during the admission process.
I) The University does not collect any type of capitation / donation other than the fees mentioned in the website.
II) CHRIST (Deemed to be University) does not authorize any Third Party / Agents / Person to apply / offer admission on its behalf. CHRIST (Deemed to be University) will not be responsible for applicants being misguided by such individuals / SMS / Email.
III) All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost, if required by the department.
IV) Admitted students who wish to avail bank loan will be provided a recommendation letter on request by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
V) The decision of the admission committee is final and binding.

Students who fall under any of the following classifications, at the time of application may apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the course.
1. NRI defined under the Indian Income Tax Law
2. Either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on Work Permit / Resident Permit.
3. Indian citizen financed by any Institution / agency outside India, even if parents are Residents of India.
4. Indian Citizen who has pursued studies for qualifying examination in any foreign / Indian syllabus outside India.
5. Indian citizen pursued studies for qualifying examination in foreign syllabi in India.
Note: If only condition 5 is satisfied, and not conditions 1 to 4 above, NRI student category fee will be applicable only for the first year.
