CHRIST offers fellowship to all full-time PhD Scholars of Rs 8000/- per month as PhD Fellowship. Conditions for awarding the scholarship are:
Full time research with the physical presence in the respective department or assigned scholar spaces during the working hours of the university. (Monday to Friday - 9.30 am-4.30 pm and Saturday - 9.30 am-1.00 pm)
        Scholar should not take up any employment.
        Scholar should not be an Industry or Institution sponsored Candidate.
        Scholar should not be drawing any other scholarship or research funding.

    All full-time research scholars are offered Rs. 30000/- irrespective of the discipline (for the first three years from the registration) as scholarship
    The PhD Fellowship will be withdrawn in the following cases
    Candidate has not recieved acceptance from a peer-reviewed journal for at least an article
    Candidate has completed three years of research
    Research Advisory Committee recommends the withdrawal of the PhD Fellowship due to the below par performance in the research work
    Annual Fee for the Part time PhD scholars is Rs. 60000/- irrespective of the discipline. (Scholars who opt or are recommeded to do discontinue as a full time researcher need to pay Rs.  60000/-  as the annual fee from the very next academic year onwards.)
