Dear Candidate,
If you were absent for the Convocation, your Certificate Folder is kept in the Office of Examinations, Block-A, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) DELHI NCR. You are requested to collect the same either in person or through an authorized representative carrying your original University ID card by paying the prescribed fine as mentioned below.

| International Courier Fee | Rs 3000 |
| Domestic Courier Fee | RS 250 |
If you wish to receive the Certificate Folder by speed post, you need to pay an additional amount of RS 250/ towards postal and incidental charges. You may fill in the attached form and send it along with the college ID card and the Online Payment Fee Receipt through the online payment portal as per the above-mentioned fees, favoring CHRIST (Deemed to be University) payable at DELHI NCR to the Controller of Examinations, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), DRC Post, Mariam Nagar, Meerut Road, Delhi NCR Ghaziabad - 201003. You can also pay from the university website from the Online Payment Portal. This facility is available within India only.
