The Centre for Placement & Career Guidance (CPCG) is the University’s dedicated career advancement hub, committed to nurturing graduates who are prepared for global opportunities and aligned with industry expectations. Functioning at the intersection of academia and industry, CPCG builds enduring partnerships with leading organisations across sectors to create impactful career pathways for students.
With a strong emphasis on global employability, the Centre adopts a comprehensive approach that brings together career mentoring, real industry exposure, and skill development. In line with CHRIST’s focus on excellence and overall student development, the Centre helps students move smoothly from campus to their careers. This comes through regular mentoring, consistent interaction with industry via guest talks and live projects, and a clear focus on placements that match students’ interests with the right opportunities.

At the Centre for Placement & Career Guidance (CPCG), we are committed to shaping future-ready professionals who can thrive in an increasingly dynamic and globalised world. Our goal is more than just helping students find jobs; we want to give them the skills, mindset, and experience they need to build meaningful, long-lasting careers.
In today's changing job market, being employable means more than just doing well in school. It also means being able to adapt, come up with new ideas, and have a strong sense of purpose. At CPCG, we work closely with businesses to make sure that our programs are in line with new trends and expectations. This helps our students stay relevant and competitive.
Through a structured ecosystem of career mentoring, skill development programmes, industry interactions, and recruitment engagements, we aim to create a seamless transition from campus to corporate. Our focus remains on fostering holistic growth, enabling students to unlock their full potential and confidently pursue opportunities across geographies and sectors.
