The Student Placement Representatives (SPRs) form the student leadership arm of the Centre for Placement & Career Guidance (CPCG), playing a pivotal role in strengthening the interface between students, recruiters, and the placement team. Carefully selected across programmes and academic years, SPRs act as ambassadors of the placement process within their respective cohorts.

They support the seamless execution of recruitment drives by coordinating communication, mobilising student participation, and ensuring adherence to placement protocols. SPRs also contribute to outreach efforts by assisting in employer engagement activities, pre-placement talk coordination, and feedback collection.

Beyond operational support, the SPR system nurtures leadership, accountability, and professional readiness among students. It creates a structured platform for peer-to-peer guidance, enabling students to stay informed, prepared, and aligned with industry expectations.
